i tought that the last part of the story was really sad and happy. When fatima lost her mom it remembered me about my great grandpa when he died i had a whole in my hart i could not fill and the next day i was at my great grandmas house i could not even speek because of how sad i was so when fatima cryed i cryed to becuse of the way i remembered my great grandpa. I was happy for Iqbal when he won his awwared. I also found out that brick factorys take whole familys so the family has to make money just to survive in a little home that was porrly made.
I thought part 3 was so awesome I loved it so much. I think that Iqbal was really brave to escape and not get caught. It really was powerful and it was so energetic I just can't explain how powerful and good it is! what was your guys thoughts?
"The window came down a little bit, and there were 3,4, maybe 5 flashes. Before anyone could get the men together to help, the car disappeared. Iqbal was there, fallen in the lane, and the water under him was stained red, but even the red water disappeared soon." I chose this quote because it shows how fast life can end. And at least he died doing what he loved to do. He was freeing more children. He was also wanting to become a lawyer. But I hate it that he could never become a lawyer.
the slaves don't laugh don't play don't shout and never run there are slaves that have chains on there feet. to me that would be really wired but that is what they have to do because so they don't have to escape and that would suck if i was one of them and i think that they think the same thing that i think.
part 3 was sad but it was exciting so i was funny to read
Iqbal was a god book this is one of my quotes "before meeting Iqbal i thought being chained to a loom was a part of nature"I chose this quote because fatima and all the other kids thought be ing chained to a loom is apart of life because that is all they did be chained to a loom and tie knouts they did not go out side to play tag or soccer.this is also another quote every morning seven million kids wake up before dawn. I chose this quote because it is just surprising how many kids are child slaves.
Iqbal was really courageous, and generous at the same time. He had really hard life but, now, he's having good life in part 3.
